Understand
We learn how your organisation works, what you use today and what you need Gravity to solve.
One connected workforce. Moving in the same direction.
Gravity is a complete workforce operating system configured around the way your organisation actually works — not an off-the-shelf platform you are left to set up yourself.
From 2 employees to 10,000+, we build your company structure, teams, locations, permissions and selected modules around you, then support you from first enquiry through launch and beyond.
Just looking for information? Start here.
Company configured · Fast implementation · Launch support · Ongoing support
Information should never reach a dead end. An interview becomes a decision; an accepted offer becomes onboarding; onboarding becomes one employee record; the rota feeds the working day; actions return to the right manager with evidence attached.
Built around your organisation
Every Gravity environment starts with the organisation using it. Your structure, locations, managers, roles, permissions, policies, working patterns and chosen modules are prepared as part of your implementation.
We learn how your organisation works, what you use today and what you need Gravity to solve.
We prepare your structure, access, modules and workflows so your team is not handed an empty system.
We stay with you through rollout and go-live, with an implementation plan proportionate to your size and complexity.
Support continues after launch for as long as you use Gravity, so the platform can evolve with your organisation.
Bespoke does not have to mean slow.
A smaller organisation can be configured and launched quickly. Larger or multi-site organisations can roll out by company, department, location or phase. Either way, you know what is being set up, who is responsible and what happens next.
Built from real operations
Gravity has been designed around the realities of running operational businesses — changing rotas, casual workforces, onboarding, absence, training, safety, documents and the day-to-day decisions managers need to make quickly.
Scheduling, availability, cover and live operational changes are treated as core workforce needs.
Employees see what they need next, while managers get quick access to the right action, record or document.
Gravity connects events to follow-up actions so information moves forward instead of stopping in a system.
Not just managing employee records. Managing what happens next.
How Gravity works
Progress moves forward naturally, while withdrawals, rejections and leavers remain securely archived with their history intact.
Create the company, divisions, areas, sites, reporting lines and branded communications. Give each manager only the locations and capabilities they need.
Capture applications, schedule interviews, use public booking links, record outcomes and progress candidates through further interviews, offers, rejection or withdrawal.
Issue offer letters and contracts, collect personal and payroll details, policies, declarations, uniform requirements and right-to-work evidence through a clear pre-start checklist.
Confirm the start date, site, manager and role. Assign induction, required documents and training while the new starter sees exactly what remains in My Gravity.
Publish rotas, manage availability and swaps, track holidays and absence, clock staff in and out, assign checks and connect actual hours to the live schedule.
Keep training, achievements, meetings, reviews, sickness, return-to-work, HR cases, safety and operational evidence together until exit and secure archiving.
Nothing gets lost along the way. Withdrawals, rejections and leavers move into a secure archive — with their full history, evidence and records intact.

My Gravity
Employees use their own PIN-secured portal. Their view is intentionally simpler than management’s: clear next steps, due dates, documents, shifts and actions without exposing the wider application.

Assignments create employee actions. Completion returns evidence. Failed inspections create maintenance work. The next responsible person is always visible.
Role-scoped records, signatures, immutable events, audit trails and reports show what happened, when it happened and who was responsible.

Price versus capability
Entry prices can look similar while covering very different products. This matrix uses publicly advertised information and separates core HR, workforce tools, employee relations, safety, operations, spend, planning and automation so the comparison is easier to read.

Mixed workforce comparison
The first scenario is 100 employees + 100 casuals. The second is 150 employees + 200 casuals. For providers that charge per user, active account, employee or team-member headcount, every casual who needs app access is included in the billable population. Quote-only and calculator-based products are left as such rather than estimated.
| Platform | 100 employees + 100 casuals | 150 employees + 200 casuals | What the figure means |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gravity CompleteGravity | £699 | £1,098.50 | 100 or 150 full employee licences at £5.99, plus casual worker licences at £1 each. The casual rate keeps scheduling, availability and operational access without charging every casual as a full employee. |
| StaffSavvy Workforce | ~£998* | ~£1,746.50* | Illustration at the advertised from-price of £4.99 per active account. StaffSavvy says its published rate is based on 100 active accounts, so larger-volume pricing may differ. |
| Deputy Core + HR | £1,250 | £2,187.50 | £4.25 Core + £2 HR add-on for every user who needs access. This still does not reproduce Gravity's full operations, safety and spend scope. |
| CharlieHR + Recruit | £796 | £904 | Charlie uses headcount bands rather than a straight per-user rate. These totals include Charlie Recruit, but Charlie does not provide the equivalent rota/time and operational suite in this package. |
| Breathe HR | From ~£628* | Quote above 200 | At 200 people, uses the published 151–200 core band plus the current from-prices for Business Essentials and Rota/Time & Attendance. Larger teams require confirmation and the feature set is still narrower than Gravity Complete. |
| BrightHR | Quote | Quote | BrightHR prices by employee numbers and advertises lower per-person rates at scale, but the public page directs larger businesses to a tailored quote. Casuals requiring accounts still increase the employee count used for pricing. |
| RotaCloud | Calculator | Calculator | RotaCloud prices by employee band through its calculator. The public page does not expose a reliable formula for 200 or 350 people, so no invented total is shown. |
| Sage HR + workforce modules | £2,934.45 | £4,996.95 | Core HR + Performance + Timesheets + Shift Scheduling + Expenses for every person, plus the fixed Recruitment module. |
| Access PeopleHR Elite+ | £1,900 | £3,325 | £9.50 per employee for Elite+ HR. This includes advanced HR workflow capability but is not a rota/scheduling equivalent to Gravity Complete. |
| Employment Hero Engage + Rota/T&A | £1,800 | £3,150 | £7 Engage + £2 Rotas & Time and Attendance for each active user. Workforce planning and advanced workflow features require the custom-priced Elite tier. |
| Factorial | From £1,080 | From £1,890 | Published Core starting price of £5.40 per user. Time, talent, finance and other modules are modular, so a broader Gravity-like configuration would cost more. |
| HiBob | Custom quote | Custom quote | Pricing is tailored by employee count, modules, implementation and support, so a defensible public total is not available. |
| Rippling | Custom quote | Custom quote | UK pricing is modular and quote-led across HR, IT, finance and workforce products. |
| Connecteam | $479 Basic hubs* | Enterprise quote recommended | Illustration using all three Basic hubs monthly for 200 users. Connecteam recommends Enterprise for larger organisations; its model is strong for deskless teams but the Basic bundle is not feature-equivalent to Gravity Complete. |
| Nexus HR Pro (Spain) | €1,000 | €1,750 | €5 per employee for Pro, counting everyone who needs an employee account. Nexus HR is primarily positioned around Spanish time and HR compliance. |
Why the casual rate matters
On Gravity Complete, moving from 100 employees + 100 casuals to 150 employees + 200 casuals takes the monthly subscription from £699 to £1,098.50. The extra 100 casual workers add £100 — not another 100 full £5.99 licences. That is particularly relevant to seasonal, hospitality, leisure, retail, events and other organisations where the operational workforce can be much larger than the permanent headcount.
These additional platforms cover different sizes and types of organisation. A published entry price is not a quote for an equivalent, fully configured system.
Compare employee records, onboarding, performance, reporting and the extra modules your organisation needs.
Core HR and time tracking, with recruiting, performance, surveys and whistleblowing apps. Core Pro adds workforce planning. Pricing is by quotation.
HR, recruitment and onboarding, with a UK time-and-attendance add-on that includes scheduling. UK plans advertise a starting rate of £8.10 per employee/month; businesses with up to 25 employees have flat-rate pricing from £200/month.
For complex organisations, compare rollout scope, workforce rules, payroll connections and support as well as licence cost.
A configurable platform connecting HR, workforce management, payroll, talent and benefits. Workforce tools cover scheduling, time and attendance and demand forecasting.
Enterprise workforce management covering scheduling, time and attendance, labour planning and operational visibility. Confirm the wider HR and payroll package separately.
Scheduling specialists and industry platforms are relevant alternatives, but their scope is different from a general HR subscription.
Shift scheduling, clocking, leave, team communication and workforce reporting.
Frontline scheduling, demand forecasting, time and attendance and workforce analytics.
Workforce tools spanning recruitment, HR and onboarding, workforce planning, payroll and employee engagement.
A UK workforce and business-management platform specifically developed for commercial cleaning. Pricing is available from the provider. This is a different product from Nexus HR in Spain.
Sources checked 17 September 2026. Descriptions summarise each provider’s advertised scope, not independently tested performance. Regional availability, implementation, minimum charges, add-ons and contractual terms should be confirmed directly with the provider.
Reviewed 17 September 2026. Prices exclude VAT/tax unless the provider states otherwise. “From”, custom and modular prices may not represent a like-for-like full-suite cost. “Not advertised” means the capability was not clearly presented in the public product/pricing material reviewed; it does not claim the provider cannot supply it. Nexus HR at nexushr.io is a Spain-focused time-tracking and HR product, not a verified UK compliance equivalent; it is distinct from Nexus by Radlea. Euro and US-dollar prices remain in their original currencies. Monthly, annual, per-company, per-user and per-hub pricing are not interchangeable. This is a general guide, not a quotation.
Included = clearly advertised in the referenced package · Add-on / module / higher plan = extra product or package required · Limited = narrower or adjacent capability rather than the full Gravity feature group.
